Sampling Process

Step 2: Sample Development & Pricing

For SLG’s: A non-refundable $50 sample development cost. Sample pricing is three times the cost, but will be adjusted in the final invoice upon bulk order confirmation.

Step 3: Sample Freight Cost

If the buyer has a DHL, FedEx, or UPS account, we will use that account for shipment.
If the buyer does not have an account, we will use our DHL account, and the freight cost will be included in the sample invoice.

Step 4: Sample Payment Process

Advance Payment: A 50% advance payment is required to initiate the sampling process.
Final Payment: The remaining balance, including any freight costs, must be cleared before shipping the completed samples.

Step 5: Buyer Confirmation and Updates

We will maintain regular communication with buyers during the sampling process, providing updates through messages, pictures, and sample review meetings.
Once the buyer provides final confirmation, we will proceed with shipping the samples.

From Bangladesh

Delivery Timeframe

Sample Delivery Timeframe

Once we have gathered all the required materials, we will craft first sample within 7–14 days. To ensure alignment with the vision, we’ll share it via video call or high-quality images for review, enabling real-time adjustments. We are committed to timely delivery and complete satisfaction.

Bulk Production Delivery Timeframe

Our estimated manufacturing timeline ensures clarity and quality. Material sourcing, typically from China or Japan, takes up to 1 month, subject to external factors. After receiving all accessories, bulk production is completed within 30–45 days, maintaining precision and excellence throughout.
