Sampling Process

Our artisans then carefully select the finest materials, blending traditional techniques with innovative design. Every stitch, cut, and finish is precisely crafted to ensure quality and luxury. From first draft to final sample, we focus on details that matter: texture, fit, functionality, and style. Once perfected, we deliver your sample for approval, ensuring it meets the highest standards.
🎨 Step 1: Sample Design Submission
- 01.Preferred Method: We encourage the submission of full specifications for the desired sample, including detailed measurements. These can be provided as AI files, technical drawings, or clear pictures with understandable dimensions.

- 03.Concept Development: For cases where buyers provide only ideas or visual references, we can create the sample from scratch based on the provided inputs.
🎨 Step 2: Sample Development and Pricing
For Small Leather Goods (SLG)
- 01. Development Cost: $50 per design (non-refundable).
- 02. Sample Pricing: 3 times the actual sample cost.
Example: If the sample cost is $10, the final price charged will be $30. - 03. Adjustment Policy: Upon receiving a bulk order for the same design, the full sample price (3 times the cost) will be adjusted in the final invoice.
For Bags 👜
- 01. Development Cost: $50 per design (non-refundable).

🎨 Step 3: Sample Freight Cost
- 01. If the buyer has a DHL, FedEx, or UPS account, we will use that account for shipment.
- 02. If the buyer does not have an account, we will use our DHL account, and the freight cost will be included in the sample invoice.

- 01. Advance Payment: A 50% advance payment is required to initiate the sampling process.
- 02. Final Payment: The remaining balance, including any freight costs, must be cleared before shipping the completed samples.
🎨 Step 5: Buyer Confirmation and Updates
- 01.We will maintain regular communication with buyers during the sampling process, providing updates through messages, pictures, and sample review meetings.
- 02.Once the buyer provides final confirmation, we will proceed with shipping the samples.
Bulk Production Cost

Mass Production Delivery Timeframe
Our estimated manufacturing timeline is designed to provide a clear overview based on the collection of essential materials. Please note that the duration may vary depending on product complexity. Material sourcing generally takes up to 1 month (From China or Japan), although this may fluctuate due to external factors. Once all accessories are received in-house, we typically complete bulk production within 30 to 45 days, ensuring the highest level of quality and precision in every step.
